How it Works
The scanner uses a scientifically validated test known as Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA). It is considered the fastest, non-invasive method of screening total body composition, and the closest match to a DEXA scan available.
Bioelectrical Impedance (BIA) works by passing a safe, low intensity electrical current through the body via the tactical points on the machine (feet and hands). In very basic terms, the resistance to flow of the current determines the difference between muscle mass, fat mass (including visceral and subcutaneous), water and mineral.

What is the Evolt 360?
The EVOLT 360 is a body composition analyser. it provides a quick, non invasive, easy measurement of your body composition, delivering a guideline of your lean body mass, body fat mass & percentage (which is what Skulpt track), skeletal muscle mass, visceral fat level (the dangerous fat around your organs), fitness age, fitness score and much more.
Your scan will be printed, which your therapist will go through with you.
By creating an account, you are able to view in-depth details and graphs from any mobile device or computer. Prior to your appointment, download the app evoltactive to your mobile device, create an account, which takes less than a minute. Once your scan has been performed, all information will be sent directly to your app at “Scan Stats” on your profile.
The scan process is easy and takes less than 2 minutes.
You do not need to remove any clothing unless it is heavy or bulky. Shoes and socks must be removed and feet and hands must be clean before a scan. Please ensure all items are removed from your pockets.
Your therapist will go through the results with you prior to treatment. Additionally, a full scan explanation can be found on the back of the scan sheet, or login to Evolt Active to view your results online.
